A Quality Appraisal, LLC just finished production of a new bumper video. We plan to use the bumper as an introduction to future Portland real estate appraisal and home valuation videos to be released in the coming months.
The introduction makes the claim that we are “Portland’s Best Appraisers.” We understand that is quite an assertion, but we plan to support that in future videos and website updates. We believe that we can make this statement based on our clients telling us that we are the best, that we have the best technology (we don’t really have a helicopter but we have more high tech tools than our competition), that we have the best appraisers, that we have the best services, and that we produce the best product.
